A QBC bus corridor serves the development also. A new neighbourhood centre with shops and creche will be developed at Woodbrook and a site has been reserved for a new school. At the DART station, just a few metres from Woodbrook Point is a park-and-ride facility. Betweean Woodbrook Point and the golf course is a long linear park area which will connect to a pedestrian link to the 89-acre Shanganagh Park which has walks, playing pitches and access to Shankill Strand.
